SHIPPING

We can’t wait to ship you your exciting new treasures and we will get them out to you ASAP. Most orders will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. We utilize USPS/Priority Mail which means your order should arrive in 3-5 business days upon shipping.  If you should need your order sooner, we would be more than happy to expedite shipping for an additional charge. RETURNS
Chicago Pearl Company takes great pride in our customer service. We are thrilled to say that we rank at the top of our game in customer satisfaction. However, should one of our pieces not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. A credit (minus shipping) will be issued to the credit card used for the initial purchase. All returned merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition.
